OVERVIEW
I’ve looked after designers at varying career levels, from internships to senior roles alike, I’ve been at hand to provide effective training, education, experience backed guidance and creative management.
Management for me has been centered around workflow/project management, creative review, regular 1:1s and ultimately, providing a reliable sounding board for creative guidance, entry or seasoned professionals.
Strategic project management, development frameworks, annual goals and more.
Management of creative/design contract workforce and creative agencies.
I setup an analytics platform for my design team within JIRA, including personal dashboards and insight reporting capabilities.
Collaborated with JIRA architects to deliver a tailored task creation process and ensure consistent and accurate project logging.
Collaboration with Global Academy, a technical university
where I supported aspiring creative students across a variety of educational topics and educational activities & areas.
16-week mentorship network I participated in, and have supported multiple times. This included delivering expert lectures, presentation decks and 1:1 calls with my mentees.
