Brief

Modernise existing brand governance architecture, review and enhance existing approval processes and build out an advanced analytical platform to help identify & audit work across EMEA.

Role

Management of day-to-day brand governance operations. This involved looking after an in-house brand governance team, and an off-shore team (Accenture).

Outcome

Full-stack deployment of a modernised digital workflow, utilising Microsoft technologies to deliver a coherent and reliable platform for the business to submit marketing collateral for brand review. 

Designed and delivered a brand new digital brand approval system utilising SharePoint Online technologies including Microsoft Flows which handled the process logic.  

Created a new analytics reporting framework that helped the business measure brand consistency, submission approvals & rejections. These reports helped us to identify any issues with marketing materials pre-market and helped ensure all due-diligence was carried out from a legal, IP and brand perspective.
